Desert Edge Property Management has been retained by the board to manage Duck Creek Pines HOA. All HOA issues (big or small - compliance violations, accounting questions, HOA questions, etc.) should be immediately directed to Desert Edge Property Management.
Your volunteer board has retained Desert Edge services to manage Duck Creek Pines HOA. Any needs you may have of the board members can either be answered by Desert Edge staff or should be directed through Desert Edge Property Management staff and they will contact the DCP HOA board directly.
The DCP home owners association's financial records have been transferred to Desert Edge Property Management computer system. At the request of the Board of Trustees, Desert Edge will provide a yearly account statement for each property owner.
